Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination.

Standard Shipping (USPS): 3-5 business days

• 0-1 lb: $4.99
• 1-5 lbs: $8.99
• 5-10 lbs: $12.99
• Over 10 lbs: $15.99

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for our customers in the Grand Rapids area.

• Eligibility: To qualify for free local delivery, your shipping address must be within the Grand Rapids city limits.
• Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are made within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed.
• Notification: You will receive an email notification with delivery details once your order is out for delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through the USPS website.

Damages
